Parents of minors under 18, sign a Minor Release Form
We will start the day at one of the local sno-parks, if you don't already have a sno-park pass, ensure to obtain one prior at check out and one will be provided by a SW staff member upon arrival at the Sno-park.
During school breaks weekdays are charged the weekend rate.
For safety reasons, we don't allow single snowmobile parties. You must rent at least two snowmobiles or have a guide.
The weight limit per sled is 400 lbs
Returning a snowmobile late will add a charge of $100/hour with a one hour minimum
A $500 security/damage deposit hold will be made on your credit card the day before. The $500 will be released upon return of the snowmobile (undamaged)
Insurance is available for $30. Insurance purchase will limit damage repairs to $500 regardless of damage.
Helmets and Snowsuits are provided free of charge. Customers are highly encouraged to bring their own gloves and boots. (gloves and boots are available for rent but customers are encouraged to bring/provide their own gear as it usually fits better and are more familiar with it.
The smallest size of boots/gloves are size 5 and extra small.
Plan on riding out of Boulder Creek Snow-Park. SW will contact you if snow conditions warrant another riding area (like 8-Mile Snow-Park)
Arrive on-time or early to your reservation at the designated Sno-Park
A quick check of names and ID's to verify all rental agreements and waiver forms were completed.
After donning your snowmobile gear (snowsuit - helmets - gloves - etc) you and your party will be given a familiarization demo on snowmobile operation (good time to ask any questions)
If your first time on a snowmobile you will be given an opportunity to drive/ride for 5-10 minutes then ask questions about equipment operation.
Then you're off! See you back at your designated time! (11:30 for morning rentals and 4:00 for afternoon rentals)
